Astronomical Consultants & Equipment Inc (ACE) currently designs and manufactures research grade telescopes in the 0.5-m to 2.0-m range.  A completely integrated suite of instrumentation, such as finder-guider systems, filter wheels, spectrographs and dome controls provides a turnkey package for robotic observatories.  We specialize in custom instrumentation and the retrofitting of quality astronomical telescopes with a modern computer control system.

Founded in May, 1994 by professional astronomer and instrument designer, Dr. Peter Mack, the company has grown to meet customer needs and now has a modern facility located in the Tucson AZ optics valley.  Our team of support specialists includes two Ph.D. level software engineers, designers specializing in SolidWorks® modeling, CNC machinists and an electrical engineer.  We pride ourselves in supplying a reliable and professional support desk and I personally welcome your call.
